Day 8 Getting back into the workout groove!
Last night(Monday Feb 23rd)I ate more little than usual. I had a little burrito (200cal) for breakfast lunch and dinner were split with one salad from subway. I had strawberries, carrots, anyway it was the first night in a while where I worked out SO HARD I mean I kicked ass, better than I've done in months, it was easier to do because my friend is with me, I really do think working out with others pushes you more to do better, so I weigh myself this morning and BOOM 279.6 finally OUT OF THE 80's ugh. This better be the last time I see that number. No more binging, just kicking ass
